Abstract

Corporate entrepreneurship drives organizations to excel in existing markets by fostering strategic orientations that seek both advantages and opportunities. This study investigates the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and organizational performance, mediated by strategic agility. Through a quantitative approach and structural equation modeling, data from 300 individuals in the Information Communications and Technology (ICT) firms of Jordan were analyzed. Results indicate a positive correlation between corporate entrepreneurship and organizational performance, with strategic agility playing a mediating role. Jordan's ICT sector exhibits a tendency to leverage corporate entrepreneurship and strategic agility, enhancing organizational performance. This research expands resource based view theory in new dynamic setting and new country type, it also provide an answer for the inconsistency found in the literature when it comes to the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and strategic agility and provides solutions for dynamic organizations that are under the urge to enhance their performance.
